                                  Before this past year, I had never had anyone remotely close to me die...

    I seem to have become more or less numb to the thought of death, weather it be to a close friend, or students at a close school...the whole concept of death has re-awakened itself from when i first discovered it when i was younger. A close friend told me she knew how people would want to cut their wrists or jump off of a building when they were tripping on some drug, and how easily it could have happened to her...Now not in a suicidal way at all, but can also see that, although without being on drugs...I love living, don't get me wrong, but I can defiantly see where a person is coming from if they sometimes would just like to end it...

    I have been racking my brain trying to figure out how to deal with the death of Ben, Joe and Cayce...seeing that i only met Ben and Cayce once at a potluck, and Joe maybe two or three times...I never knew much about them or who they really were, but everyone has been telling me what great and amazing people they were, and how much they loved living...So instead of mourning for weeks at a time, I am trying to get to the mental state where we should celebrate all the awesome things they did in their lifetime...Trying to honor them instead of allowing their deaths turn our lives more or less "meaningless".

    Keebler, a guy i used to work with at Harrison st., stopped me yesterday on the street and told me to tell everyone who knew them a few things. The three of them recently went to a Propaghandi concert in Kansas city, where the members dedicated a good number of songs to them for making the effort to drive and see them, after the show, the band members spoke to the three of them for about ten minutes about music and other various things...the members told Keebler that they it meant so much to them that some kids from richmond would drive all the way there just to see them, and that they valued the small amount of time they were able to talk to them...

So Kristin and I are broken up, and after the initial overwhelming amount of emotion and sadness that immediately followed, I am doing surprisingly well and am actually more or less happy we're not together, we didn't work, had nothing in common and just did not retain that spark that you are supposed to feel...So in the end, it's for the best...

Should be atleast 300 people going, and all because of Conway and Tim, or should I say "Richmond party liberation front", to which i have been assigned the official Dj of... Coming from my lack of energy and enthusiasm for doing anything other than watching Tv or being on the computer, when I am not working...

I thought it necessary to devise a plan of action for my "downtime"

#1 - Do more art, and for a good period of time, not just 10 minutes twice a week.

#2 - Get tattoo finished, finally...

#3 - Finish reading Death Note, all 10 of them...not just the first one

#4 - Make more food, stop going out all the time

#5 - Bike more *now that it's warm again*

#6 - Work on skate tape

#7 - Hang out with Mom and Dad more

#8 - Stop using work as excuse to be a lazy ass when not working...

P.s. - Favorite new Cd, everyone should listen to it...but not since most of you don't take musical advice from me...check it out anyway
